The service
We’re a referral service. We pass your enquiry, with your permission, to one independent plumbing business that holds a current QBCC licence. We don’t do plumbing work, and we aren’t a party to any agreement you make with the plumber.
The plumber’s work
The plumber you’re referred to is responsible for their quote, their work, their warranties and their compliance with Queensland plumbing law. Any agreement for the work is between you and them. We recommend you confirm their licence on the QBCC register and get a quote before work starts.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
No guarantee of a referral
We try to place every enquiry, but we can’t promise a plumber will be available for your suburb or timeframe. If we can’t place your enquiry, we’ll tell you.
