Quotes come from the plumber, not from us, and there’s no obligation to go ahead.
To help them quote accurately, mention:
- where the problem is: toilet, shower, kitchen, the grate outside, or the yard
- how long it’s been happening, and whether it’s happened before
- whether you know where your inspection opening is
- whether it’s a house, a townhouse or a unit (units may involve the body corporate)
If you’ve already had a camera inspection, say so. The plumber may ask for the footage.
