What we do
When your drain blocks, you want a plumber who works in your suburb and can get there. Finding one at short notice takes time. We do that part.
You call or send the form. We take down what’s happening, where, and how soon you need someone. If you agree, we pass your details to one independent plumber who works in your area. They call you, talk through the job, quote it and do the work. Your agreement for the work is with them, not with us.
What we don’t do
We don’t do plumbing work, set prices, or employ plumbers. We don’t sell your details to more than one business, and we don’t pass them on at all without your permission.
The plumbers we refer to
We only refer enquiries to plumbing businesses that hold a current QBCC licence. We check each business on the QBCC licence register before we send them anything. You can check the licence of whoever calls you, too.
How we’re paid
Plumbing businesses pay us for the enquiries we send them. You don’t pay us anything. Our referral marketing disclosure explains this in full.
